Mosaic is an Anglican Church.  As an Anglican Church, we have a governing board called the vestry.  Our by-laws are structured by the Canons and Constitution of the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh.  Our by-laws designate the number of voting members, qualifications, and term limits of those serving on the vestry. 

Those serving on the governing board give wisdom and leadership to the church and specifically to the rector of the church. The rector is the lead pastor.
