Jesus purposely shared his life with a small group of friends.  It was in this small circle of friends that he spent three years developing and forming disciples.  This is the primary way disciples are formed at Mosaic, through small group ministry. 

Small Groups are a great place to develop friendship, ask questions, learn about the Bible and discover God's unconditional love for you.  A small group is a safe place where the art of listening to one another is practiced.  

Small Groups are facilitated by leaders who have experienced the impact of being in circle of friends who are walking together to grow in their faith. In addition to receiving training to launch a small group, leaders make a commitment to receive ongoing spiritual development.
